Engineer, TD ESD

As a Senior ESD Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for designing and simulating various ESD clamps, analyzing driver/receiver architecture, providing ESD solutions, and supervising ESD design review processes. You will lead first silicon ESD and latch-up design validation tests, perform root cause analysis, and introduce innovative ESD designs to improve product reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Design and simulate various ESD clamps (Signal & Power) and evaluate their high current and voltage properties. - Analyze driver/receiver architecture and provide optimal ESD solutions. - Assess fundamental ESD properties of circuit elements using wafer level transmission line pulse data. - Provide ESD and latch-up design rules and guidelines for customers. - Supervise full-chip ESD design review processes and ensure layout meets ESD design rule requirements. - Lead ESD design validation tests, perform root cause analysis, and introduce innovative ESD designs for product improvement. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics with 2-6 years of experience, OR - Master's in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics with 3-6 years of experience, OR - Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics. - Experience in Cadence design tools, ESD analysis tools like PERC or Path-Finder, and strong data analysis skills. - Strong oral and written communication skills to provide technical leadership across diverse teams.
