Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Understand customer requirements as a system and allocation of system requirements to system elements and subsystems, overseeing the refinement of lower-level requirements flowed down to other engineering COCs.
Analyses requirement to create system design Specification /conceptualization, ensure system architecture and subsystem design align with operational concepts.
Create and control systems engineering artifacts such as system requirement specification documents, Requirements Verification Traceability Matrixes (RVTM), Interface Control Documents (ICD), architecture diagrams, Prepare test cases, test plans, test procedures, and test reports.
Oversee and review system-level integration testing, and requirement verification, ensuring compliance with established requirements and project SOR. Ensure Validation and homologation requirements are fulfilled.
Collaborate with stakeholders, internal and external, to communicate technical concepts, resolve problems, and influence decision-making on technical matters.
Prepare technical reports, system documentation, and test plans while ensuring clarity and compliance with project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 2-3 years of related experience in system engineering (System requirements and architecture)or automotive ECU design specially for EVS, Integration testing and validation will be an added advantage.
Hands On knowledge in Electric vehicle architecture and performance characteristics. (L, M, N category)
Hands on knowledge of EV component functionalities and performance requirements .This shall include Battery, VCU, Motor controller, motor, Chargers..etc
Hands on experience and knowledge of sensors used in automotives.
