Engineer / Sr Engineer Maintenance (Electrical / Electronic)

In this role, your key responsibilities will include: - **Machine / Equipment Maintenance**: - Maintenance of various equipment such as 33 kV HT Vacuum Circuit Breakers, Transformers, Diesel Generators, Air Compressors, Biomass Furnaces, Welding Machines, CNC Machines, Drives, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic Equipment. - Ensuring effective Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) of critical machines. - Overseeing the maintenance of PLC and SCADA systems, conducting Root Cause Analysis for downtime incidents, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. - Adhering to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures during machine maintenance. - **Spare Management**: - Maintaining optimal inventory levels for critical machine spares and coordinating with the procurement team for sourcing. - **Cost Reduction**: - Managing the Energy Monitoring System and coordinating cost-saving and energy reduction projects. - **Plant Support**: - Providing support to product teams and addressing quality-related queries. For this role, we require: - **Education And Professional Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering. - **Requirements And Attributes**: - Bachelor's degree in electrical/electronic engineering with a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the maintenance field. - Experience in handling workmen category employees. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in PLC & SCADA systems of Mitsubishis & Allen Bradley. - Familiarity with IOT technologies.
