Engineer, Senior - SSG Products

As a Software Engineer in the Secure Systems Group (SSG) Product Engineering team at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will lead chipset bring-up activities from the Pre-Silicon phase to commercialization. Your role involves: - Experience in security software development. - Hands-on C programming for embedded platforms on ARM/RISCV processors. - Expert understanding and experience with SMC call implementation and ARM Trace32. - Analyzing product requirements, identifying impacted areas, deriving requirements, and producing suitable designs. - Independently representing the team to internal and external stakeholders/partners on the area of responsibility. - Collaborating within and cross-functional teams to ensure quality work products are delivered. - Keeping yourself up-to-date with industry trends and technology developments. - Taking responsibility for the timeliness and quality of your deliverables and work products. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 2+ years of Software Engineering experience OR Master's degree with 1+ year of experience OR PhD in a related field. - 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc. - Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. Preferred qualifications: - Minimum 4+ years of experience in Software development, preferably in Embedded and programming in C/Assembly. - Strong understanding of Embedded hardware, Computer Architecture, and Operating System concepts. - Good expertise and experience in product security for embedded devices.
