2. Handle customer complaints (8D, CAPA) and ensure timely closure with permanent corrective actions.
3. Conduct regular in-process inspections and audits (Layered Process Audits, Patrol Inspections). 4. Identify, analyze, and eliminate process non-conformities 5. Manage engineering resources for quick resolution of breakdowns and continuous equipment improvement. 6. Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams for immediate corrective actions. 7. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and customer-specific requirements.
