Engineer / Project Coordinator - Design

As a Sr. Engineer / Project Coordinator - DESIGN at EDAG Production Solutions India, you will be part of a dynamic and multicultural team based in Pune or Gurgaon. Your role will focus on the automotive industry, specifically utilizing your CAD (FIDES/NX/CATIA V5) experience in the manufacturing technologies domain for Body-in-White (BIW) Line. Your key responsibilities will include: - Concept Design and Detailing of BIW fixtures and grippers - Conducting simulation engineering - Designing material handling equipment - Applying basic GD&T techniques To be successful in this role, you should have: - A degree in Mechanical Engineering - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the BIW domain, particularly in fixture and gripper design - Proficiency in Catia V5, UG NX, and FIDES software - Expertise in designing automotive manufacturing tools - Experience in handling work packet projects for the project team - Onsite experience at customer locations - Basic knowledge of Design hours calculation At EDAG, talent and skills are valued above all else, without regard to gender, age, nationality, or religion.
