Role Overview: As an Engineer, Process at ANDREW in Verna, Goa, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and coordinating methods and processes in production to maximize output and efficiency. Your role will involve working closely with works coordinators and Operations Supervisors to establish work priorities and schedules, as well as analyzing and addressing production defects with Quality Representatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement methods and processes in production to maximize time, equipment, and manpower - Identify alternatives and conduct studies to modify equipment and introduce new methods to reduce production costs - Research tools and equipment used in the production process to optimize efficiency - Create action plans to prevent non-conformity product situations - Analyze and resolve production defects in collaboration with Quality Representatives - Work on a variety of problems with the need for analytical review and judgment - Engage in activities that involve spending time on the manufacturing floor and occasionally working outdoors Qualifications Required: - BE in Electrical or Electronics or ETC Engineering - Minimum 5 years of work experience in a medium volume/mix electro-mechanical manufacturing or production environment focusing on manufacturing processes Additional Company Details: ANDREW, part of the Amphenol family, has a legacy of over 85 years in wireless innovation.
