As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Polyplastics Industries India Pvt Ltd, located in Daslana, Ta. Viramgam, Gujarat, your main responsibility is to maintain the quality standards in the Paint shop. You will ensure that the Paint shop quality meets the specified requirements and standards in the automotive sector, with a particular focus on Plastic molded Painting parts. - Maintain quality standards in the Paint shop to meet specified requirements in the automotive sector - Execute quality assurance tasks effectively by complying with MSIL and SMG requirements - Make sound decisions regarding Painted parts considering the specific requirements of the Automobile industry - Utilize various testing methodologies to ensure the quality and durability of the finished products - Demonstrate expertise in Paint shop processes such as Booth balancing, TTR, Gun pressure, among others Qualifications Required: - Strong background in Paint shop Quality with relevant experience in the Automobile sector - Familiarity with MSIL and SMG requirements - Expertise in testing methodologies related to Painted parts - Deep understanding of Paint shop processes such as Booth balancing, TTR, Gun pressure, among others,
