As an Engineer in the Metallurgical Lab at Ador Welding, you will play a crucial role in conducting various tests and analysis related to metallurgy. Your responsibilities will include: - Having knowledge of Fe-C Diagram and different Phases - Demonstrating awareness about Various Welding Processes like SMAW, GMAW, SAW, GTAW - Performing Microstructural Analysis using an Optical Microscope for Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Materials - Operating the XRF and Oxygen and Nitrogen Analyser - Conducting Macrostructural Analysis using a Macroscope - Handling Sample Preparation and Selection of suitable Etchants for Micro and Macro Testing of Ferrous and Non-Ferrous Materials - Understanding Chemical Composition Testing of Metals using Spectrometers - Having basic awareness related to Heat Treatments - Familiarity with working in NABL Documentation as per ISO 17025:2017 standard Your qualifications for this role should include a BE/B.Tech in Metallurgy/Material Science with 2-3 years of experience or a Diploma in Metallurgy with 4-5 years of experience. It is essential to have a strong educational background in Metallurgy/Material Science to effectively perform the duties required in this position.
