Engineer- Manufacturing I

As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at our company, your primary responsibility will be to install and qualify new process equipment, troubleshoot day-to-day manufacturing issues, and implement system improvements to enhance throughput, yield, and product performance. Your role will require process or equipment engineering experience in thin-film deposition processes or thermal processing in the semiconductor/glass industry. You should have a demonstrated knowledge of PLC and Controls, Vision system knowledge, Statistical Data Analysis, Metrology, Design of Experiments, Statistical Process Control, and various problem-solving methods. - Develop, improve, and document solar module manufacturing processes - Work on new process development and design experiments - Address production, equipment, and process issues - Be involved in equipment installation and qualification - Conduct data collection and analysis - Communicate with internal associates and suppliers - Participate in continuous improvement activities - Train operators, technicians, and new engineers - Hold an engineering degree in a technical discipline - Have at least 3 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing setting - Knowledge of General Electronics, General Mechanical Systems, and Robust Engineering principles is desirable - Possess excellent problem-solving skills - Proficiency in generating manufacturing documentation - Understanding of manufacturing processes - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Ability to comply with safety standards - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed The company is located at Plot No.A-1/1 SIPCOT Industrial Park, Sriperumbudur, Tamil Nadu, IN.
