Role Overview: As an equipment engineer at HARMAN Automotive, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, installing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation across various industries. Your key responsibilities will include creating design schematics, troubleshooting technical issues, developing maintenance schedules, ensuring regulatory compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime. Key Responsibilities: - Troubleshooting & debugging of Assembly station during breakdown is the prior goal - Adherence to Assembly station, preventive maintenance according to PM schedule and PM procedure - Maintain the MTTR, OEM, FTT Spare list etc according to Industry standard - Verifying & Validation of Poke yoke systems & line improvements - Maintain all document checklists like Preventive, Predictive, Contingency plan, Critical equipment list, other checklists etc. Qualifications Required: - All running machines need to be understood & debugged - Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor - Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy Additional Details (if available): This role requires you to be willing to travel up to 50% domestically only.
