Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance

Plan and execute scheduled maintenance of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment (e.g., dryers, chillers, robots), and tooling.
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities.

Breakdown Maintenance

Respond quickly to machine breakdowns during the shift to minimize downtime.
Diagnose faults (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic) and perform repairs.

Machine Setup & Calibration Support

Assist with machine setup, mold changes, and parameter settings when required.
Ensure machines are calibrated for optimal cycle time, efficiency, and product quality.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure all maintenance work is performed in accordance with safety standards and plant regulations.
Conduct safety checks on machines and equipment.

Troubleshooting

Use root cause analysis to identify recurring problems and suggest permanent solutions.
Analyze and resolve hydraulic, electrical, and control system issues.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, parts used, and machine performance.
Prepare shift handover reports and communicate effectively with the incoming team.

Preferred candidate profile

Should have experience in Plastic injection molding machine maintenance
