Engineer- Highway Design, Open Roads

You will be joining the Highways and Airports department in Gurgaon as part of COWI's infrastructure unit. Your primary responsibility will be to take on geometric design tasks for road and airport projects, ensuring compliance with COWI's systems and processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver technically sound and innovative design solutions with a high level of accountability and ownership throughout the project lifecycle. - Lead the design process in collaboration with a team of engineers, overseeing activities such as design development, modeling, drafting, and documentation. - Drive performance and motivation within the project team, ensuring adherence to established business processes, standards, and timelines. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering. - 3 to 7 years of international experience in detailed design, preferably on projects based in Europe, the US, or Canada. - Proven experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed teams. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and regions. - In-depth knowledge of design concepts and expertise in 3D design software such as OpenRoad. - Proficiency in 2D design tools, including MicroStation and AutoCAD. - Hands-on experience in geometric design tasks for highways, roads, and/or airport projects, across all phases of the project lifecycle.
