Job Description Major Job Responsibilities • Develop and implement the digitalization roadmap aligned with DC global strategy • Identify opportunities for process automation, data-driven decision making and enhance productivity • Evaluate emerging technologies like Power Apps, RPA, AI/ML to improve operations. • Develop dashboards for real time analytics and business insights • Ensure data governance, security and compliance with industry standards • Maintenance of existing tools and Implementation of new digital tools • Develop and manage digital tools for enquiry tracking, sales monitoring and project reporting • Cross functional collaboration with Engineering, Sales and IT teams to understand and adhere the business needs • Train and support end users on new tools and technologies Knowledge / Specialization / Expertise • ERP/CRM integration: Experience with systems like CRM / SAP / Salesforce etc. • Integrated SharePoint with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI • Programming Language: R, Python, SQL • MS Office (Word/ Excel / PPT) • Comfortable with handling large data • Should have analytical skills • Intrapersonal skills to coordinate with global stakeholders Behavioral Traits: • Curiosity for learning emerging technologies and continuous learning. • Strong work ethic and proactive attitude towards solving business challenges. Qualifications B.E. (Mechanical / Production) with Masters in Data Science / Business Analytics • Certifications: Power BI, Microsoft Power Platform, Data Analytics (PMP/Agile/ Scrum optional) Experience: 3-5 years in digital transformation, data analytics or process automation within engineering Additional information Location: Bangalore Essential Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical / Production Preferred Educational Qualification: MBA No of Years: 2 to 5 years
