Job Description

Role: HR Executive - Employee Engagement and Training & Development

Experience: 5-10 years

Job Location: Coimbatore

Observe, Analyze and rectify the breakdown in the machineries to ensure 100% machine availability for production
Conduct preventive maintenance in regular time intervals for machines to achieve zero breakdown to improve machines productivity
Avoid production delays by any manner due to un-availability of spares to reduce the machine down time
Achieve uninterrupted power supply inside factory premises by maintain MV panel and Genset to ensure seamless production
Installation and commissioning of new and old machines within short period of time to effect its 100% production utilization
Implementing and improving 5'S and TQM related activities to keep the house in order to sustain the process of cleanliness
Handling Facility Maintenance Assistant role in addition (LTEMFGR33) to his RDRS
