Tech/ Diploma - Electrical Years of Experience: 3 Years experience in AHP Operations as a Engineer - Electrical Job Profile Requirement: Planning regarding electrical execution on. Able to Study Electrical Drawings, MCC drawings, Local Control Cum Starter drgs, Flow diagram, P&I Diagram, Power Cable Schedule, Control cable Schedule & Instrument Cable Schedule, Inter connection diagram, Cable Route Layout, Earthing Layout, Lightning Layout, Lighting Layout. Ample knowledge regarding different Electrical & Instrument i.e., Transmitter, Level Probe, Level Switch, Level Transmitter, Flow metre, Temp.Gauge, Pressure gauge, Diff. Pressure Switch, Pressure switch, Differential Pressure Transmitter, Pressure Transmitter, PLC, Motors, Pull Cord Switch, Belt sway switch, Zero speed Switch, Chute Block Switch, Belt Watch Panel, Light fittings, etc.. Able to Study of Electrical Drawings of Electro mechanical Equipment like ILMS, Suspended Magnet, Belt Weigher/ Belt Scale, Metal Detector, Vibrating Feeder, Electric Hoist, Elevator, DE system,etc. Installation & termination of Electrical equipment & Instrument like MCC, Transformer, Local Control Cum Starter Panel, MLDB, LDB, ACDB, Power Distribution Board, JBs, Local Push Button station, Local Starter, etc. Cable laying activity as per cable Route Layout & Power, Control & Instrument Cable Schedule. Lighting Erection activity as per Lighting Layout, as per SLD for MLDB & as per SLD for LDB Earthing & Lightning Erection activity as per Earthing & Lightning Layout. Interconnection activities between Field Panels and DCS, between Field Instruments and DCS, between Field equipment & MCC, between Field equipment & Field Panel, between Sampling PLC & Sampling Starter Panel, etc. Interconnected activities between Electrical work & mechanical work. Able to read wiring diagram and capable to resolve the fault. Commissioning activity. Able to make protocol for client submission. Billing as per commercial PBU. Final Handing over activity. Co-ordination with Co-Employee/colleagues for project progress. Day to Day planning and achievement.
