Engineer- Electrical Arrangement and cabling

You will be responsible for complete electrical arrangement and cabling activities within the Electrical team at Arabelle Solutions. Your role will involve realizing basic engineering studies, creating and reviewing cabling plans and designs, equipment arrangements, 3D models, and electrical layouts. You will also be reviewing vendor offers, leading technical interface meetings with clients/consultants/vendors, and representing the Arrangement & Cable engineering scope of supply to project teams and customers. As an Electrical Arrangement Engineer, you will interface with various teams such as electrical equipment design, mechanical, piping, and civil teams. It will be your responsibility to prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for material procurement and construction, support in design agency evaluations, and ensure compliance with quality and EHS rules. This position may require some short travels abroad or within India. You will have the authority to secure necessary resources for your tasks and alert the project team of unexpected difficulties. Your performance will be measured based on the successful execution of projects in terms of on-time delivery, quality, and engineering budget. To qualify for this role, you must have an Electrical Engineering Degree with 3 to 7 years of experience in electrical arrangement and cabling. Proficiency in 3D modeling tools like PDMS, PDS, E3D, SP3d, CAD software, and Office software suite is essential. Experience in industrial projects, knowledge of National/International codes and standards, and the ability to handle turnkey packages are mandatory requirements. Desirable qualifications include experience in a nuclear power plant, working in a global multinational environment, proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical, MicroStation, SmartSketch, and strong intercultural skills.
