Engineer- Camera Execution/Automation Engineer

As an Automation Engineer at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in the Camera Execution team. Your responsibilities will include: - Demonstrating proven expertise in automation and programming using Python, backed by 24 years of hands-on experience. - Having a solid understanding of Camera ISP pipelines and hardware architectures, particularly in Multimedia segments. - Conducting test execution across Camera, Video, and Display domains to ensure optimal performance. - Familiarizing yourself with AI-integrated camera solutions, including face identification technologies. - Possessing knowledge of camera sensors such as ToF and RGB-NIR, which is advantageous. - Understanding the camera processing pipeline from a systems perspective is a significant plus. - Leveraging your foundation in Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and trees. - Deep diving into Linux Embedded systems, Android frameworks, HAL, and Camera features. - Showcasing excellent triage, system-level analysis, and debugging capabilities. - Designing end-to-end use cases and implementing features effectively. - Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, delivering results, and excelling in large team environments. - Exposure to IoT testing environments will be considered a plus. - Utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills effectively.
