Engineer Associate

Role Overview: As a Manufacturing Process Engineer at the company, you will play a crucial role in planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes, including machining, assembly, and testing. Your responsibilities will include developing, evaluating, and improving manufacturing methods, analyzing quality, cost, and delivery, and providing engineering support in production departments by troubleshooting technical issues. Key Responsibilities: - Experience in Machining Drawing, Cross Sectional, General Assembly & Bill of Material in the pump industry or similar industries like auto, aero, metallurgy - Proficiency in engineering drawing interpretation, angle of projections, tolerances, and machine design fundamentals - Familiarity with ASME, ISO, DIN, and HI standards - Troubleshoot processes and equipment to minimize production schedule delays - Proficiency in CAD tools such as 3D CAD tools, SolidWorks, Creo, Unigraphics, and CATIA - Assist in developing the profit plan and manufacturing strategic plan, and track capital projects and expenditures - Demonstrate teamwork, respect towards customers and colleagues, and willingness to take on additional duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in leading cost reductions in manufacturing using Continuous Improvement Methodologies - Previous experience in a manufacturing environment - Ability to read and interpret safety rules, engineering drawings, and technical instructions - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field - Experience interpreting various technical instructions and dealing with abstract and concrete variables Please note that if you are a qualified individual with a disability or a disabled veteran, you have the right to request a reasonable accommodation for accessing the company's website.
