As a Fleet Performance Manager at Maersk Tankers, you will play a crucial role in leading the Vessel Performance efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing fleet-wide performance evaluations, conducting technical root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions. Your main responsibilities will include monitoring and troubleshooting inefficiencies in vessel fuel consumption, engine performance, and auxiliary systems across a global client base. You will coordinate detailed investigations, develop action plans, and work closely with the data performance analyst to identify performance abnormalities.
