Job Summary of CAE And Powertrain Integration You will work towards performing complex design analysis using CAE to support engineering design function, understand customer requirements and expectation for new product design and suggest alternate improved design to resolve any challenges and will drive and lead the team towards accurate and efficient design and integration of systems including Engine cooling system, Engine mounting system, Exhaust integration, Fuel system and its auxiliaries and Air intake system CAE And Powertrain Integration Manager Key Deliverables Leading the virtual analyses team to meet performance targets at component, sub assembly and vehicle level Leading and support teams by providing technical support for durability, linear and non-linear analysis. Interacting with various design and testing teams for understating requirements and providing proactive feedback which supports CAE driven vehicle development. Developing performance attribute targets from components to full vehicle level and participate in benchmarking activities supporting target setting. Ensuring the CAE tasks are conducted as per approved product development time line and support in meeting performance target (weight and other attributes) by best use of optimization technique. Understanding customers basic requirements and expectations for new product design and perform complex design analysis using CAE. Participating in design review meetings to provide appropriate recommendations and timely design guidance to support the team in meeting customer requirements. Providing engineering solutions for complex problems by developing quick alternative improved designs. Maintaining records of all activities and results in CAE project database. Ensuring that all work carried out is in compliance with company design, safety, quality, environmental compliance and procedural standards Formulating the loading conditions and validation acceptance criteria for sub-systems, systems and vehicle levels Continuously improving the quality of virtual validation in comparison and physical validation Creating a roadmap for the complete vehicle virtual validation Defining the Design Validation Plan (DVP) and acceptance criteria for the systems at component and vehicle level Coordinating with internal stake holders for building the prototypes, testing, homologation and other related activities Working continuously on value engineering proposals for the systems and their components to achieve the cost target Performing activities to ensure the design quality and BOM quality and aid in the product life cycle management for the designated systems Directing the team to design and integrate Engine cooling system including selection of cooling system and integration on the vehicles for Petrol, Diesel, CNG and LPG vehicles and to ensure the cooling performance of overall powertrain as per the acceptance criteria Guiding the team to carry out activities related to Engine mounting system including designing the engine suspension system to meet the vehicle level noise and vibration level requirements along with life target for Petrol, Diesel, CNG and LPG powered vehicles. Executing activities to carry out 6 DOF analysis independently Carrying out the Exhaust integration on the vehicle while considering the NVH, performance, cost and life requirements Ability to establish a systematic course of action for self or others to ensure successful project completion including determining priorities and allocating time and resources effectively. Ability to achieve results against an internal and external standard of excellence, showing a passion for improving the delivery of services with a commitment to continuous improvement. Developing designs to meet customer requirements and market trends Comprehensive and robust design solution for complex problems Qualification and Work Experience M.E /M- Tech or B.E /B –Tech (Automobile/ Mechanical) Desired Qualification Work Experience of 10 years of experience in the industry Preferred Industry Experience Automobile and Auto Ancillary companies. Experience in automotive modelling and CAE for Automotive. Preferred Technical Skills and Certification Hands on experience on Hyper Mesh, OptiStruct, MSC Nastran, Fatigue Analysis. CAD Software knowledge, FEMFAT Software, OptiStruct Optimization, Manufacturing processes. Knowledge of Automobile Mechanics, Material Science, FEA, Engineering Mechanics.

SUMMARY Sales Engineer Marine Engine Sales We are in search of a proactive and technically proficient Sales Engineer Marine Engine Sales to become a part of our marine division. The ideal candidate should possess extensive technical knowledge of marine propulsion systems, experience with both inboard and outboard marine engines, and a strong customer-focused sales approach. The role primarily involves promoting marine engine products, providing pre- and post-sales technical support, and spearheading new business development within the maritime and marine industries. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to endorse inboard and outboard marine engine products. Identify new markets, customer segments, and project opportunities in the marine sector (e.g., fishing, transport, recreational, and offshore industries). Conduct customer visits, prepare and present proposals, and close sales deals in accordance with company targets. Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent customer engagement and satisfaction. Technical Consultation Provide expert technical advice on marine engine specifications, operational suitability, maintenance, and regulatory compliance (including IMO standards). Collaborate with clients to comprehend vessel-specific propulsion needs and recommend appropriate engine models and configurations. Coordinate with engineering and service teams for technical clarifications, installation support, and after-sales service. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies within the marine engine industry. Contribute insights to enhance product offerings and strategic direction. Reporting & Coordination Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and technical documentation. Collaborate internally with the logistics, service, and finance departments to ensure timely and smooth execution of projects. Requirements Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3 5 years of proven experience in marine engine sales or a similar role within the maritime industry. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of marine propulsion systems, fuel injection technologies, engine cooling systems, and IMO compliance. Engine Brands: Familiarity with leading marine engine brands such as Perkins, Cummins, Caterpillar, Yanmar, Kirloskar, and Mahindra. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Mobility: Willingness to travel as required for client visits, vessel inspections, and industry events.

Desing & formalize interface (isostatism and related Sizing), allocated volume, Specify technical DT: create / problem analysis in all phases of development from Concept freeze to launch of the vehicle. Create & manage e BOM TD COD, Geometry interface, to specify the standardisation ISO / function data, Compliance of ZNC in drawing, modelling on Catia v6 domain. part assembly constraints in plant. Transformation process : injection, extrusion ,Pultrusion, Blowing. To work in generic tools of 3D experience/ RVT / ASK2 /JIRA /e PARM /SELFWEB / SIGNE / MATSUB /PROMPT To involve the Design to quality as per the O54 process Principle of agile mindset put them into practice in daily activities and involve in logic of V3P4 Bench marking of engine cooling ystem and detailed analysis in competitor vehicles Suppliers (tier 1) CAD data checking with VOAL & environment zone & analysing and Supplier interaction Digital check, Layout finalization Liaison with other designers/ suppliers Preferred candidate profile Experience in engine cooling system and main components. Proficient level in CAD modelling using Catia V5 and familiarity of NPDM Processes. Basic level experience on Design for assembly (DFA) & Design for manufacturability (DFM). Basic knowledge of Quality, Cost and Time schedules. Cost Reduction Study experience at component and system level. Knowledge of FTA/FMEA

Vehicle integration and Vehicle testing. Should have good Product knowledge of Engine sub-systems such as Air intake, fuel, exhaust and engine cooling. Good experience in Application Engg role. He should have good communication skills and day-to-day interactions with Customer. Experience in conducting tests for Engine Cooling system and should be able to do Thermal mapping. AQ Travel to customer location - (mines, rail yard, construction sites oil fields, farms, factories) Interact with dealer / customer / OEM Take measurements of the machine / engine / engine room / pipings Take photographs of equipment Study and take info from manuals etc. Trials Travel to customer location - (mines, rail yard, construction sites oil fields, farms, factories) Sensor fitments on the engine / equipment Carry out trials as per guidelines Integration support Travel to customer location - (mines, rail yard, construction sites oil fields, farms, factories) Guide dealer / vendor / customer team for integrating the engine on equipment Resolve issues of fouling , abnormal noise etc. Resolve issues of engine not starting / not taking load / hunting etc. Resolving fault codes in case of electronic engines Support in integration of after treatment / control harness with support from customer business/ controls team.
