Role & responsibilities Create and manage schematics, PCB layout s , and BOMs to ensure reliable and high-performance hardware designs. Design and develop complex mult i -layer PCB layouts for high-density designs, with a focus on signal integrity, power integrity, and thermal management. Collaborate with cross-functional team s to define design specifications and ensure they align with system requirements. Perform signal and power integrity analysis, including grounding, trace routing, and impedance control. Work closely with external manufacturers to ensure that designs are optimized for fabrication, assembly, and cost- efficiency. Develop test strategies and validation methods to ensure design reliability and performance of hardware designs. Manage design revisions and perform continuous improvements on existing designs. Provide technical support during prototype builds and assist in troubleshooting design-related issues. Ensure compliance with industry standards, including safety and regulatory requirements. Support selection and provide direction to CMs throughout the development process. Report to senior leaders on project status, roadblocks, and escalation requests. Preferred candidate profile Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field 8+ years of experience in hardware design and testing with a focus on complex embedded and connectivity systems Expertise in high-performance computer system design, including computer system architecture, high-speed digital interfaces (e.g., PCIe, USB, Ethernet) power supply design and distribution. Strong proficiency in PCB design includes schematics capture and layout using industry-standard tools such as Mentor Graphics, Altium, Eagle, or KiCad . Hands - on Experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscope, logic analyzers, and signal generators. Hands on Experience in designing hardware for any networking products such as a WIFI Access point, L2/L3 Switches, SDWAN, Gateway and edge computing Platforms Solid Knowledge of embedded systems and processor architectures (ARM -based systems, Qualcomm, RealTeK, Media Tek, Marvel chipset). Familiarity with wireless connectivity protocols (e. g.. , Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, BLE, NFC, UWB) and best practice for coexistence and de - sense mitigation. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work through complex hardware and system issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines

Role & responsibilities Regional Sales Manager Job Scope: 1. Partner Recruitment and Management: You will be involved in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding channel partners such as resellers, system integrators, and value-added resellers (VARs). Building and maintaining strong relationships with these partners will be essential to drive sales and achieve business goals 2. Sales Enablement: Your role will involve equipping channel partners with the necessary resources, training, and sales collateral to effectively sell wired/ wireless networking products. This includes conducting product sales training sessions, providing pre-sales support, and assisting partners in creating compelling sales pitches 3. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: You will need to stay up to date with market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the wireless networking industry. This involves conducting market research, analyzing competitor strategies, and identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth 4. Sales Forecasting and Performance Analysis: You will be responsible for forecasting sales targets, monitoring channel partner performance, and analysing sales data. This information will help you assess the effectiveness of sales strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions 5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Technical, Marketing, and Customer Support to align sales strategies, communicate customer needs, and ensure effective product positioning and messaging 6. This includes providing regular updates on channel partner activities, sales pipelines, and revenue projections Preferred candidate profile At least 5 Years experience in Channel Sales Management for IT Networking Industry 2. Good contact and understanding of Value-Added Reseller, System Integrator, MSP 3. Knowledge of Wired and Wireless Applications is essential and preferably with CCNA or CCNP certified 4. Experience in working with other Networking OEM will be an added advantage 5. Experience in handling pre-sales of Wired & Wireless projects will be an added advantage
