PENNEP is looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Talent Acquisition Team. As a crucial part of the talent acquisition efforts, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process. Working under the guidance of specialists, you will be involved in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates while also contributing your innovative ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include assisting in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews, creating and posting compelling job descriptions, providing administrative support to the recruitment team, helping build and maintain a talent pipeline, and gathering feedback from candidates for process improvement. To qualify for this position, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in using Microsoft Office. You must also have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally, coupled with enthusiasm for learning and adapting to a dynamic work environment. A positive attitude and eagerness to contribute to a collaborative team are highly valued. Additionally, experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence would be a plus. This position is an internship, and the work arrangements are in the office. The ideal candidate will have completed a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Business Administration.,
