The Sports Gurukul is seeking a Multi-Sports Coach to join their team in Mumbai. As a pioneer in sports development and coaching programs across 30 cities in India, The Sports Gurukul specializes in integrated sports and fitness programs for schools. With multiple training centers in Mumbai and plans for nationwide expansion, the organization offers intensive training and growth opportunities for the right candidate. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for coaching children aged 2-6 years. Your duties will include conducting coaching sessions, fostering a love for sports, and promoting physical activity among the young participants. This role requires implementing sports training programs, coordinating with parents and staff, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment for all. The ideal candidate should possess skills in Physical Education and Sports Coaching, a passion for working with young children, and experience in coaching this age group. Effective communication skills, the ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities, and prior experience in a similar role are also important qualifications. Candidates with certification in coaching or a relevant field, knowledge of child development and sports psychology, or ECCE training are preferred. If you are enthusiastic about working with children, promoting sports activities, and creating a positive impact through sports coaching, this role offers a salary ranging from 2 to 3 LPA.
