Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities: Strategic Focus: Support senior members in delivering the project with technical expertise. Contribute to the project with skills and resolve blockers. Governance & Risk: Review coding standards to comply with Infosec principles. Experience & Personal Attributes: Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge/experience with Customer Communication Management Tool EngageOne (EO Application Server, EO Digital Deliver, EO Process Executive), EO Designer Suite Version 6 . Required Skills: Proven experience in designing and developing customer communications solutions using EngageOne or similar platforms. Proficiency in EngageOne Designer/Developer tools, including EngageOne Designer, EngageOne Interactive, and EngageOne Compose. Ability to understand business requirements and functional specification documents quickly. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage workload effectively. Effective problem-solving skills and logical analysis. Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills. Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual design principles. Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript , and other web technologies. Strong understanding of document composition, variable data printing, and personalized communication concepts. Desired Skills: Experience with other document composition tools such as OpenText Exstream , GMC Inspire . Familiarity with Jira .

Position Summary We are seeking a skilled Doc1 Engineer with 2+ years of experience in document composition and development.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality customer communication solutions using Pitney Bowes Doc1 / EngageOne platforms. Experience working in the Insurance domain is preferred. You will work closely with business analysts, testers, and stakeholders to deliver robust document output applications. Responsibilities Design and develop document templates using Doc1 Designer / EngageOne Designer . Maintain and enhance existing Doc1 applications and document output solutions. Understand and interpret business and technical requirements to create document generation logic. Integrate Doc1 solutions with legacy and modern systems, preferably with iSeries (AS/400). Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT cycles. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, QA, and Project Managers. Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for existing document systems. Follow best practices for source control, deployment, and documentation. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2 to 6 years of hands-on experience with Doc1 Designer / EngageOne Designer. Strong knowledge of document composition, data mapping, and dynamic content logic. Experience working with iSeries (AS/400) environments is highly desirable. Domain experience in Insurance is a strong plus. Familiarity with document output formats (PDF, PostScript, AFP, etc.). Experience with variable data printing and batch processing. Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex document-related issues. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to EngageOne Server, Production Mail, or other Pitney Bowes suite tools. Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Shell). Familiarity with cloud platforms and API integrations.
