Engagement & Outreach Analyst

As an Influencer & Collaboration Executive at TheraYog, you will play a crucial role in driving brand visibility and executing influencer campaigns to enhance TheraYog's presence in the wellness space. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Influencer Marketing** - Identify and evaluate influencers across various platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. - Negotiate deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms with influencers. - Coordinate influencer campaigns end-to-end including briefing, execution, delivery, and performance tracking. - Maintain long-term relationships with creators and talent agencies. - **Collaboration & Partnerships** - Research and connect with relevant brands, communities, and content creators for co-branded initiatives. - Draft outreach emails, pitches, and proposals while effectively representing brand value. - Support PR activities and partnership-driven promotions. - **Brand Promotion** - Plan and execute promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility among target audiences. - Work closely with the content and design team to create engaging campaign assets. - Monitor brand awareness metrics and ensure consistent brand positioning. - **Campaign Coordination** - Maintain collaboration trackers, reports, and campaign calendars. - Ensure timely content deliveries and approvals. - Monitor live collaborations to uphold quality and compliance standards. - **Market Trends & Strategy** - Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging content formats. - Provide innovative collaboration ideas to boost engagement and reach. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in any field. - 2+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Partnerships preferred. - Preferably from a Health and Wellness background. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with influencer partnerships in the wellness industry, lead creative campaigns, exposure to social media strategy, and brand growth metrics.
