With 2-3 years of experience in managing Facebook and Instagram, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring growth through campaign solutions, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and aligning with marketing objectives. You must excel in creating ads and ad copies, as well as overseeing the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital marketing campaigns within specified timelines and budgets. Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments is essential, and you should have a proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with popular social media advertising platforms like Facebook is crucial. In this role, you will be expected to meticulously track funnel conversion rates, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the team to enhance engagement and achieve desired results. Vertical experience in Debt, Life Insurance, Personal Loans, or Home Improvement is preferred. Prior experience in a Performance Marketing Agency or Affiliate Marketing is mandatory.
