Provide accurate and updated information about various academic and professional programs (Online MBA, Certification Courses, etc.) Handle inbound/outbound calls and follow up on inquiries Understand the career goals and educational background of students and offer suitable program recommendations Assist students in the admission/enrolment process and ensure timely documentation Maintain records of student interactions and keep CRM systems up to date Achieve monthly targets for student enrolments and conversions Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams for campaign feedback and lead quality improvement Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree (Any Graduate) 2-6 years of experience in educational counselling, admissions, or edtech sales Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong convincing ability and problem-solving approach Familiarity with CRM tools
