We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving sales performance and expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and nurturing existing clients. This role requires a strong grasp of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary representative of Enerzoo Industries in the assigned territory. Administer all service-related activities in alignment with company procedures. Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers. Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales effectively. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction. Track competitor activity and market trends to identify areas for growth and differentiation. Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline status. Conduct warranty and failure mode analysis to provide feedback to the factory and technical teams. Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution within defined Turnaround Time (TAT) targets. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in B2B Sales . Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation . Ability to establish trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
