Role accountabilities : . Conduct comprehensive Energy and Water Audits, Energy Modelling & Simulations, and MEP Assessments of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Multifamily Buildings. Analyze utility records to determine energy & GHG usage patterns and perform benchmarking analysis. Prepare technical reports and presentations, share findings with clients. Qualifications & Experience : . Experience with Energy simulation software tools (IES, EnergyPlus, eQuest, CFD models). Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Office. Proficient in MEP, HVAC, Controls, and Lighting systems.
