JOB PURPOSE: This position is responsible to enhance the overall Utility Efficiency, control the utility cost, drive energy efficiency capex project and Engineering innovation to built cost effective solutions to be deployed under CAPEX for further efficiency improvements. The role will report to the Region Head Maintenance and ensure that reliability engineers of critical clusters of the region are supported to ensure Energy Efficiency & Utility cost control across region. 3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:DescriptionPerformance IndicatorsUtility cost control Monitor Utility Cost and set control based on Business operations. Review High consumption stores and resolve structurally to control excess consumption. Cross Functional coordination to maintain cost initiatives and consumption control Utility consumption per hour Overall Utility Cost. System operation Ensure timely arrear approvals in Bill pro Get bills onboarded on bill pro for autopayments Set petrol limit as per delivery orders and as per actual bike fleet Ensure discard bikes are not update in petro card Zero Arrear and no power cut Petrol CPD No. of stores > 26 cylinders Set monthly target for LPG in procurebox and give approval on exceeding target judiciously as per business requirement. Ensure all store procure LPG through Procurebox Ensure EMS Schedule as per OLO, optimize schedule of assets as per Business operation. Ensure Zero bypass and no energy wastage in no operation hours. Ensure all store should have EMS Zero Bypass hours Electricity consumption kWh/hour LPG Consumption kg/hour High consumption stores. CAPEX deployment Build capex plan to drive efficiency across stores deploy on high consumption store Ensure deployment of efficiency initiatives UPS, Auto-changeover, VFD panels etc. as per plan. Ensure effectiveness of CAPEX deploy. CAPEX deployed at store level + ROI& Efficiency achieved at store level Innovation Build Ideas to improve efficiency Coordination with New vendors, new assets & IOT vendors to build efficient systems and solution. POC done Scale up identified Stake Holder Management Align CBH on consumption metrics and cost control measures. Coordinate with Partner management for Bill correction and recovery . Coordinate with internal team for implementing controls & capex deployment initiatives. . 5.
