As a Field Sales Executive at Ikaya Earth Private Limited, you will be responsible for conducting on-ground solar site visits in Noida-132 and across Delhi NCR. Ikaya Earth is a mission-driven company dedicated to advancing India's shift towards clean and sustainable energy by providing high-quality solar solutions for residential and commercial clients. Your main tasks will include calling and visiting customer sites for solar assessment visits, conducting technical evaluations of rooftop space, shading, and electrical load, as well as explaining the benefits of solar power and the company's product offerings to customers. You will play a crucial role in lead conversion through field-level persuasion and technical expertise, making follow-up calls and visits to potential customers, and providing detailed reports, site photographs, and feedback from visits. To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in Field Sales or B2C Sales, preferably in the Solar, Electrical, or Energy industries. A Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering is a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently, manage field schedules effectively, and own a bike/two-wheeler for regular travel within Delhi NCR. In return, you will receive a fixed salary of 20,000 per month, with performance-based bonuses of up to 50,000 per month. You will also be eligible for travel allowance as per actuals.
