Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct energy efficiency and thermal performance calculations for building systems.
Create detailed calculation reports and technical documentation for design submissions.
Shall have Experience of preparing documentation for submission in BREEAM or/and LEED.
Ensure all calculations comply with Swedish/ building codes, standards, and regulations.
Calculate Carbon emission life cycle of material.
Identify design risks and provide engineering recommendations to mitigate issues.
