Role & responsibilities What youll own? - Developing technical expertise and ability to demonstrate/train product suite capabilities/use cases to customers and internal teams alike - Work closely and maintain strong rapport with technical and non-technical clients representatives, as well as external partners - Understanding the project business requirements/scope of work clearly and provide product/technical inputs to the project management team where necessary - Managing technical input to projects and ensuring that deliverables are appropriate and fit-for-purpose. Ensuring client satisfaction and providing support in the production of outputs, as required - Carrying out project implementation reviews, forecasting and resource management to ensure excellence in project delivery - Effectively conveying any reported bugs/issues to the relevant product/engineering teams through proper channels and follow-up on resolution timelines - Promptly addressing any customer escalations/ support tickets and ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs along with reporting the ticket summary to all relevant stakeholders on a periodic basis - Being proactive in communicating possible roadblocks, interdepencies or past patterns with relevant stakeholders to avoid deviations, delays or rework. - Inclusively lead people, clearly articulating the vision, defining responsibilities, delegating effectively and providing constructive feedback Preferred candidate profile What makes you a great fit? - Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Energy Engineering OR any specialization related to Energy Management, HVAC&R systems Strong data and information management skills, including the ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative datasets, extract actionable insights, and report the results effectively. Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel is preferable. - Prior experience of working with an IoT based EMS product/platform/SaaS company or demonstrated experience in design and implementation of smart building projects/use cases - Basic understanding of IoT based Data communication, networking, information security protocols - Professional credential in Energy Management/Building systems commissioning/M&V is preferable - Working knowledge of building architectural and mechanical design software such as BIM/CAD/Revit etc. - Hands on with Energy Benchmarking, GHG emissions, carbon footprint calculations/tools - Hands on experience in Operation & Maintenance/ Testing & Commissioning of building Energy, HVAC&R, lighting systems is preferable - Experience with Building physics, heating and cooling load calculations, HVAC&R logics and controls - Demonstrated experience in designing/executing Energy efficiency programs, Energy Optimization strategies, Utility bill analysis, Demand Side Management, Demand Response programs - Working knowledge of globally accepted Energy and M&V reference standards such as ASHRAE/CIBSE/IPMVP protocols etc
