Role & responsibilities Manage and supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of MEP systems in real estate projects. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all MEP operations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement MEP systems. Perform regular inspections and quality checks on MEP installations to identify and resolve issues promptly. Develop cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and maintenance staff on MEP systems. Implement energy-efficient solutions and sustainable practices in MEP systems to support Adani's environmental initiatives. Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements in MEP systems for continuous improvement. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to MEP projects for internal and external stakeholders. Lead and mentor junior MEP team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Preferred candidate profile Behavioural Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Time management and organizational skills. Adaptability and resilience in challenging situations. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems in real estate construction. Proficiency in MEP design software and tools. Experience in project management and execution of MEP installations. Understanding of sustainability principles and energy-efficient practices. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to MEP systems. Non-Negotiable Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in project management and execution of MEP installations.
