Proficiency in industry-specific software, such as Rhino, Envimet, IES VE (Mandatory) Strong knowledge of building physics principles, energy codes, and sustainability standards. Experience with energy-efficient design strategies, including strong knowledge on MEP system optimization, renewable energy technologies, natural ventilation, and daylighting. Familiarity with sustainability certifications, such as LEED, WELL, or BREEAM, and their requirements.
