Key Responsibilities:1. System Design & Engineering Perform site assessments using tools like Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp, etc. Create system layouts including module placement, single-line diagrams (SLD), and general arrangement drawings. Site Accounts & Administration Executive manage and oversee accounts, administration, stock control, and labour-related activities at the solar project site, ensuring smooth project execution, cost control, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance Handle daily site accounts including petty cash, advances, and vendor payments. Verify and record bills/invoices with proper supporting documents before submission to Head Office. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly expense reports. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Assist auditors and management during site audits. Administration Manage site office facilities, travel, accommodation, and utilities. Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure employee discipline. Coordinate with Head Office for site requirements and approvals. Manage communication with vendors, contractors, and local authorities. Maintain statutory and project-related documentation. Stores, Stock Checking & Inventory Maintenance Receive, inspect, and record all incoming project materials (solar modules, inverters, cables, consumables, etc.).
