Key Responsibilities:1. System Design & Engineering Perform site assessments using tools like Helioscope, AutoCAD, PVsyst, SketchUp, etc. Create system layouts including module placement, single-line diagrams (SLD), and general arrangement drawings. Design electrical systems: string sizing, inverter selection, cable sizing, protection systems. Prepare bill of materials (BOM) based on the design. Ensure compliance with local standards (CEIG, MNRE, DISCOM, IEC, IS, etc.). 2. Technical Analysis Conduct energy yield simulations and prepare generation reports. Analyze shadowing, tilt angle, and orientation for optimal output. Perform load calculations and grid impact assessments for grid-tied systems. 3. Coordination & Support Coordinate with purchase team for technical evaluation of vendors. Support project execution teams with technical clarification during installation. Review and approve drawings from vendors and EPC contractors. Assist in project commissioning and performance testing. 4. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain technical documentation including datasheets, drawings, and compliance certifications. Ensure timely submission of documentation to clients, DISCOM, and government authorities. 5. Innovation & Cost Optimization Evaluate new technologies (modules, inverters, structures) for performance improvement. Optimize design for cost-effectiveness without compromising system efficiency. Site Accounts & Administration Executive manage and oversee accounts, administration, stock control, and labour-related activities at the solar project site, ensuring smooth project execution, cost control, and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities:Accounts & Finance Handle daily site accounts including petty cash, advances, and vendor payments. Verify and record bills/invoices with proper supporting documents before submission to Head Office. Maintain accurate financial records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly expense reports. Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. Assist auditors and management during site audits. Administration Manage site office facilities, travel, accommodation, and utilities. Maintain attendance, leave records, and ensure employee discipline. Coordinate with Head Office for site requirements and approvals. Manage communication with vendors, contractors, and local authorities. Maintain statutory and project-related documentation. Stores, Stock Checking & Inventory Maintenance Receive, inspect, and record all incoming project materials (solar modules, inverters, cables, consumables, etc.). Carry out weekly/monthly physical stock verification and reconcile with records. Issue materials only against proper requisition slips and keep consumption records. Prepare and submit stock utilization and balance reports to Head Office and Project Manager. Labour & Workforce Management Maintain labour attendance, muster rolls, and wage records. Coordinate with labour contractors for supply and deployment. Ensure compliance with labour laws (ESI, PF, Minimum Wages). Handle worker welfare, grievances, safety inductions, and PPE distribution.
