Role & responsibilities 8+ years of experience in consulting and strategy-oriented projects Coordinate with the client stakeholders to understand their problem statements and define analytical approaches to address them. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Experienced managing small teams, multi-stakeholder environments and navigating within company's environment Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of energy-related software or databases (e.g., EIA, Bloomberg) is a plus.
