Role & responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Lead the Energy Conservation Cell and develop a comprehensive energy conservation strategy to reduce energy consumption, costs, and environmental impact across the organizatio Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate energy conservation and sustainability goals into the organizations overall strategy. Energy Management & Optimization: Oversee the monitoring, analysis, and optimization of energy usage across the organizations facilities, operations, and systems. Project Management & Implementation: Lead and manage energy conservation projects from concept through to completion, ensuring they align with the company’s sustainability objectives. Sustainability & Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, national, and international energy regulations, standards, and sustainability initiatives. Develop policies and programs to support corporate sustainability goals, including carbon footprint reduction, renewable energy integration, and waste minimization. Team Development & Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of energy specialists and conservation professionals, providing guidance, training, and career development opportunities. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate energy conservation initiatives, progress, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, employees, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
