You will be responsible for managing sales for the Loan Against Property business from both cross channel and open market channels. You will oversee sales and distribution through these channels, with a focus on unilateral growth by adding new branches. Managing and growing the Direct Sales team to enhance productivity will also be a key aspect of your role. Your duties will include marketing and capturing catchment areas, meeting with HNI clients to explain various loan products, and fostering relationships with builders for tie-ups in primary markets. Additionally, you will be tasked with securing project approvals from builders and driving additional revenue through cross-selling of insurance, CASA, credit cards, etc. Furthermore, you will be involved in training and developing the DST team and DSAs, liaising with internal teams for various business needs, and ensuring end-to-end processing of cases with timely updates to customers. Providing top-class service to customers to enhance NPS scores will also be a crucial part of your responsibilities. The role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in Home Loan/Mortgage Sales with expertise in DMA/DST/Bank Branches. A graduate or MBA qualification is necessary for this position, along with strong customer relationship management skills and a sales and service-oriented approach. Experience in secured loan sales is a must-have for this role.,
