As a Technical Leader in the Cloud Engineering and Operations Team, your primary responsibility will be to guide the design, architecture, and implementation of customer-related projects. These projects will encompass areas such as Automation, DevSecOps Practices, End-to-End Observability, and Engineering Toolsets, which may include Atlassian, ServiceNow, and more. Your role will involve closely understanding customer needs and collaborating with delivery teams and engineering teams to ensure successful customer implementations. Your key responsibilities will include providing technical leadership by directing projects in alignment with customer requirements and organizational goals. You will serve as the technical point of contact for customers, translating their requirements into delivery plans and ensuring continuous engagement throughout the process. Collaboration with customer delivery teams and engineering teams will be essential to design and implement solutions within the agreed timelines. Advocating for and implementing automation platforms and strategies, as well as DevSecOps practices with a focus on multitenancy, will be crucial aspects of your role. You will also be responsible for establishing end-to-end observability practices to monitor system performance, enabling timely actions for all alerts. Additionally, you will utilize and integrate engineering toolsets like Atlassian and ServiceNow as needed. As an advocate for change management, you will address change requests from customers and prioritize them accordingly. Documentation and governance will also be a key part of your responsibilities, including preparing High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and ensuring that governance, processes, and procedures are documented and updated regularly.
