The role requires expertise in Intune tenant setup, policy configuration, Windows Autopilot, device imaging, and application packaging. The specialist will be responsible for configuring, managing, and providing Tier 2/3 support for Intune environments in a global enterprise setup. Key Responsibilities : Intune Tenant & Policy Managemen to Configure and set up the Intune Tenant.o Define and implement Intune compliance and configuration policies.o Configure Intune for endpoint device management across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS. Device Imaging & Deploymento Create device images with required base software. Manage imaging process for technicians and end users via Windows Autopilot.o Perform Autopilot configuration and upload device hardware IDs. Software & Application Managemento Create software deployment groups via Intune. Register and manage devices within Intune.o Handle application packaging and deployment. Support & Operationso Provide Tier 2/3 support for escalated Intune and endpoint issues. Guide technicians and end users through device registration and imaging processes.o Maintain documentation, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune. Strong knowledge of Intune tenant setup, Autopilot, device enrollment, and policy configuration. Experience with device imaging, compliance enforcement, and endpoint lifecycle management. Expertise in application packaging, deployment groups, and software distribution. Familiarity with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID integration. Strong troubleshooting skills for Intune and endpoint-related escalations. Preferred Skills : Microsoft certifications: MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), SC-900, or equivalent. Experience with Zero Touch deployment models and Zero Trust architecture. Prior background in global enterprise Intune/endpoint support.
