The ideal candidate will have experience handling remote deployments, troubleshooting, automation, and maintenance across multiple endpoints. This role requires precision, accountability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, manage, and maintain a fleet of Windows-based endpoints. Conduct remote software installations, configurations, and updates. Ensure timely patch deployment and system updates across all devices. Troubleshoot and resolve software/hardware issues, escalating when necessary. Develop and deploy PowerShell or Batch scripts for automation of routine tasks. Create and maintain detailed documentation on system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting workflows. Manage and update antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security settings. Respond to system alerts and incidents within SLAs and proactively prevent recurring issues. Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 remote support to users and field personnel. Good understanding of day-to-day functionality in Microsoft services in O-365. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, System and Network Administration, or Endpoint Management Proficiency: scripting, deployment, patching, alerting, and policy configuration.
