Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe and type medical documents, reports, and patient records with high accuracy.
• Ensure medical records are up-to-date and correctly formatted.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to verify and ensure the accuracy of transcriptions.
• Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and support clinical operations.
• Review and edit transcriptions for spelling, grammar, clarity, and correct medical terminology.
• Use medical dictionaries and reference materials to ensure correct terminology.
• Maintain databases and organize files for easy retrieval and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s or Diploma in Medical Transcription or relevant certification.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, especially Endoscopy/Discharge Summary .
• Proficiency in transcription software and basic computer skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
