The Endoscopy Incharge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the endoscopy department, ensuring smooth workflow, high standards of patient care, staff coordination, and strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols. This role combines administrative oversight with clinical supervision to maintain the quality and efficiency of endoscopy services
* Supervise all endoscopic procedures (e.g., gastroscopy, colonoscopy, ERCP, bronchoscopy) to ensure proper protocol is followed.
* Coordinate with physicians and nursing staff to prepare for procedures and address patient needs.
* Ensure proper patient preparation, consent verification, and post-procedure care protocols.
* Bachelors or Diploma / Endoscopy Technology / Paramedical Sciences
* 8– 10years of experience in endoscopy, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role
* Strong knowledge of GI procedures, equipment handling, and infection control
* Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards (NABH, JCI)
* Basic Life Support (BLS) / Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
