As the Head of Information Security at Pixis, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement Pixis' information security strategy, policies, standards, and procedures to protect against potential threats and vulnerabilities. Prepare and present regular reports to executive leadership and the board of directors on the state of Pixis' information security program, including key metrics, risks, and initiatives. Requirements & Skills: Bachelor&aposs degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. At least 7+ years of experience in information security roles, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership capacity. Proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive information security programs in a complex, multi-platform environment. Deep understanding of security frameworks, standards, and regulations, such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, etc. Strong knowledge of network security, encryption, identity and access management, security operations, and incident response.
