The ideal candidate should hold a DMLT degree, possess hands-on experience in phlebotomy and basic laboratory operations, and be comfortable handling data entry and Excel-based tasks. Freshers are also welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities: Perform sample collection (phlebotomy) and assist in routine lab testing. Handle and maintain lab instruments and ensure accuracy in test procedures. Perform basic laboratory operations following standard protocols. Enter and manage patient/test data accurately using Excel and lab software. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory. Support senior lab staff and ensure timely reporting of results. Required Qualifications: DMLT (Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology) is mandatory.
