You are a highly skilled Adobe AEM Expert with a deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) seeking to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AEM solutions for enterprise-level retail and e-commerce projects. Your responsibilities include designing scalable and high-performance AEM-based solutions, leading custom development of AEM components and workflows, and driving integrations with enterprise systems such as SAP, Magento, and external APIs. You will optimize AEM implementations for speed and reliability, oversee end-to-end solution delivery, and mentor junior developers on AEM best practices. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance digital experiences for clients, engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, and present technical solutions in a clear and concise manner. Your role involves leading Agile development teams, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful project delivery using tools like JIRA. You will proactively identify risks and issues, propose and implement improvements to AEM setups and technologies, and stay updated on industry trends related to AEM and digital experience platforms. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), expertise in Java and J2EE, and a strong understanding of integrating AEM with enterprise systems. Proficiency in Agile methodologies, leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field are required. Experience with cloud platforms, retail or e-commerce environments, personalization and targeting tools, DevOps practices, and security best practices will be beneficial for this role.,
