Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Stress Analysis Engineer to perform static, dynamic, and fatigue assessments on mechanical components and structures. The ideal candidate will apply engineering principles and simulation tools to ensure product safety, reliability, and compliance with applicable standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform stress analysis of components using analytical methods and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran). Evaluate structural integrity under different loading conditions including pressure, thermal, vibration, and dynamic loads. Create hand calculations to validate FEA results and ensure engineering accuracy. Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (ASME, EN, API, NORSOK, etc.). Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and testing teams to improve product designs. Conduct fatigue, creep, buckling, and modal analysis as required. Document and present analysis reports and design recommendations. Support root cause analysis and failure investigations. Work with multi-disciplinary teams in an agile and collaborative environment. Key Requirements: BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in Mechanical / Aerospace / Structural Engineering. 26 years of experience in stress analysis and structural integrity assessment. Proficient in FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran, HyperMesh, etc.). Solid understanding of engineering mechanics, material science, and design codes. Strong skills in hand calculations and analytical methods. Excellent communication and report writing abilities. Experience in industries such as aerospace, oil & gas, or power equipment preferred.
