As a Project Manager, you will be tasked with building and developing the project team to ensure maximum performance. Your responsibilities will include providing purpose, direction, and motivation to the team. You will lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. It will be your duty to coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. Furthermore, you will be required to analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met. Establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant client stakeholders is crucial, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. Your responsibilities will also involve establishing and maintaining processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks. You will need to develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers. Assigning and monitoring resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables will also be part of your role. Reporting project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalating issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan is essential. The ideal candidate should have three or more years of project management experience, with a focus on handling hardware-related or EMS/BMS type projects. Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines, proven success working with all levels of management, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Moreover, having excellent presentation skills, advanced Excel knowledge (including Macro and VBA), and proficiency in Microsoft Project is essential. Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2, experience with Zoho (CRM + Analytics), developing platforms for internal processes, and coaching project team members to enhance their abilities and skill sets are preferred qualifications.,
